I love my 2011 Nissan Rogue. Everyone was very friendly. Jim Thomas was my salesman.He was great getting me a good deal. It has alot of room and I like having the bluetooth on the steering wheel. To begin with Wayne Anderson lied to me, misrepresenting who he was. When I applied for financing I asked for a particular sales associate and when Wayne stated he was a sales manager he said everything wou who he was. When I applied for financing I asked for a particular sales associate and when Wayne stated he was a sales manager he said everything would go through him regardless so he would just take care of me. When I went to the dealership he would tell me I could get on car at one price but yet when I inquired about another vehicle at the same or possibly lower price, he would tell me I could not be put into that particular vehicle. I was shown a 2007 Jeep Liberty and the windshield was cracked. I asked Wayne if they would be replacing it and he said they would at my convienance and at my residence or place of work. He also told me that he would have the Jeep detailed because it had not been cleaned prior. He had me sign papers and even did a "we owe you" slip for the windshiled. Still promising a detail cleaning the next day when i came to pick up my paperwork. The following day I returned and because wayne was not there nobody knew about the detailing. I recieved my paperwork and left. I went through three weeks of calling and reminding about my windshield and was told, it could not be repaired anywhere but the dealership. He told me at that time he was sorry for the inconvienance and that he had not known at the time that I would have to bring it in. He assured me I would not be without a vehicle while it was being repaired. The next thing i was told was to bring my car in the following wednesday to have it replaced. I called Tuesday to ask about it and I told that it would have to be Thursday before I could bring it in. Reasons were not told to me why it had to wait til Thursday but regardless I had to work so I could not make that day. So it was set up for the following Wednesday. When I called on Tuesday again, Wayne told me to speak to Pepe about what time to bring in the Jeep for the replacement. When I spoke with Pepe he was rude and sarcastic telling me he could not do it on Wednesday and that the windshield had to be ordered still, he stated that he cant order what he does not know anything about. So I called Wayne back to let him know and he was unavailable so I spoke with Bruce, his team associate. He said he would make sure I coukld have it replaced on the next Wednesday. I called Tuesday AGAIN to verify that what time to bring the Jeep in and asked Wayne again to verify that I woulkd have something to drive while it was there. He said lets make sure it will be done tomorrow and transferred me to Pepe where he said between 8-12 and 12-5. I asked if I would have a vehicle to drive and he said we had to talk to Wayne. I spoke with Wayne and he assured me that I would have a car to drive. So we set up the time to be between 12-5. When I arrived, Wayne was not there and I spoke to Chris about the unprofessionalism of his employee, Wayne Anderson. He told me he would take car of things and left me to sit out front. Wayne took the keys to the Jeep to have the windshield fixed and was gone for 45 minutes. When he returned I inquired about the loaner car and he informed me rather hastily that I needed to speak with Chris about that. So I asked for Chris to come back out so I could. He tells me he does not have anything for me to drive and that I needed to wait for my Jeep in the service area. I explained to him that we were promised something to drive while the Jeep was there. We had not ate before dropping it off cause we were going to go out while the Jeep was there. He told me he did not have to give me anything to drive and that because it was not in writing he did not have to honor Waynes agreement with me. I explained to him that I was diabetic (my sugar had dropped so low that I was shaking) and I had not ate because we were heading out to eat after dropping the Jeep off. I also explained that the reason I had inquired about having a loaner was because I have two children in another county over and my son is disabled so I needed to be sure I had a way to get to him of the school called. He still refused to meet the needs we were told and promised to have done for us. When I began to complain about how I had been made promises that were not kept by his sales asssociate, I was told to sit and be quiet. I told him over and over again that his sales associate had lied to me repeatedly and that something needed to be done. He refused to compromise. When I told him I would like to file a complaint he said he was the only person I could talk to about it. I then asked for the owners name and he refused to give it to me at which time he had Gainesville City police dept called to remove me from the sales floor. He stated that all he had to do was replace the windshield because it was the only thing in writing. At one point he even said that the Jeep would be repaired off property because of my attitude. I asked him if it could be done off property then, why couldnt it be done off property 3 weeks prior like I was told when I bought the Jeep. So needless to say, my windshiled was repaired, it was NOT detailed at all, I walked up a busy highway and crossed the road during traffic to get something to eat. Two days later my Jeep is on the side of HWY 365 broke down, unable to start and I cannot get anyone from Carriage Nissan to help me. More
Easy to deal with. Helped me get the car I wanted with all the options I wanted. Extremely satisfied with the whole sales experience. Brad and Wayne were probably the best sales and finance people I have ever had the opportunity to work with. I worked extremely hard to accomplish a near impossible task, by getting me out of a vehicle th people I have ever had the opportunity to work with. They put me in a brand new fresh off the truck Versa Hatchback and a 2008 Kia Sportage and they did this and kept me in the monthly payment that I asked for without the pressure that you get at some dealerships. I originally went to the dealership to have the service engine light on my old car checked on a Friday afternoon before leaving on vacation the next day.
