I bought a used car from them and paid cash. My husband and I told Jeff what our budget was and we could not go over it at all. So after a few hours he brought us a jeep. We asked how much it was many time and I told Jeff what our budget was and we could not go over it at all. So after a few hours he brought us a jeep. We asked how much it was many times and he kept beating around the bush saying well i'll find out first lets take it for a test drive to see if you even like it. Well we took it for a test drive and loved it until we found out the price was $2500 over our budget. Jeff said he could get the price down to our budget, we were happy started asking questions about the jeep, has it been thru UCI (used car inspection) did they find anything wrong with it. Jeff said it had gone thru UCI everything was good except a tire pressure sensor and it hasn't been detailed yet. We were fine with having to replace the sensor. Well after a few more hours of running back and forth to the manager routine he couldn't get the price down. Well my husband and I talked about it and we both liked the car and went ahead and said we'll take it. During the whole process of the paperwork we asked numerous times that the car had gone thru UCI (my husband does a lot of work with car dealers and knows all about that stuff)and every time we asked we were assured it had and nothing was wrong with it. We finally got to leave after 6-7 hours with our jeep. We went home and didn't even drive the car that night I wake up the next morning to leave and the car will hardly move the check engine light is on the car keeps stalling so we take it back to the dealer the fix it after another 6 hours there the next day. I'm on my way home and the check engine light comes on again it's doing the same thing. I called the dealer Jeff said bring it back in the morning and they will see what's going on with it. So we do and no one will tell us anything for 4 hours until they finally tell us were not fixing it and your not getting a refund. but here is what they did offer me to trade into an 11 year old car with none of the options our jeep had for the same price or another older car. I told them no i don't like that type of car I wanted one similar to our jeep. They told us those were our only options or we could keep the jeep. We wanted the jeep. They sent a different salesman to try to talk us into one of those cars who was very rude, Wayne Anderson. Finally we got to speak to a manager, Chris Ellison, who pretty much told us oh well get out there is nothing he could do. He was so rude, we were sitting there trying to work it out with him and he is laughing in our faces, litterally. We tried working with them asking to split the cost of repairs or find us a similar car to replace it.HORRIBLE HORRIBLE DEALER They will not do anything. Will not return our phones calls or anything. I highly DO NOT recommend this dealer especially after reading other peoples reviews about them. They have been doing this to people for a LONG time and it's not right. People work way to hard for someone to take advantage of them, it's not right. Please be very cautious if you do go to this dealer. More
The sales man worked really hard with us to find the price we needed. And the vehicle we were looking for.always friendly and never.got upset with us.The only thing I did not like was it took way to lon price we needed. Graet dealership, very impressed. I was really not looking forward to buying a new car because of the experience I had a Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep dealership here in Oakwood. I had a great experience at the dealship they were easy going and a joy to work with. They show me how ever thing work in the car before I lift. Everything was great at the dealership and through the purchase of the Nissan Juke. I have an issue with the car however because it doesn't get the gas mileage Nissan advertised. I have purchased my last two vehicles from Carriage Nissan and both of the prior times the customer service was wonderful. Thus being said is the reason that my husband and I decided to return to Carri Nissan and both of the prior times the customer service was wonderful. Thus being said is the reason that my husband and I decided to return to Carriage Nissan to make our next purchase. My husband and I went in looking for an Altima. We were interested in a vehicle that had better gas mileage than our current small SUV. After speaking with our sales representative, Bruce Cantrell, he showed us several other vehicles with even better gas mileage than the Altima with all the bells and whistles that I really wanted and got us a lower monthly payment for a Versa and it is loaded. All in all, I am thoroughly satisfied with my new Versa and I have already recommended Carriage Nissan and Bruce to some of my close friends, so if you are in the market for a new vehicle be sure you visit Bruce at Carriage Nissan!
