I came into the dealership because I received an offer from Capital One. I viewed the website and saw a BWM that I took interest in. When I got there and saw the BMW, I was turned off by the size. I was greeted by Kevin and he walked me through the offer from Capital One. He took my best interest in mind as opposed to just making a sale. After much back and forth with Kevin and Carl (LOL....I put them through it), I was able to walk out with a 2011 Nissan Altima. They worked so hard to get me the deal that would make me feel like I did the right thing when I left. I find that so many dealers are concerned with making a sale, that they forget the customers needs. The staff at the dealership made me feel 100% comfortable with my purchase and for that reason alone, I would recommend them to my friends and family. More

Our salesperson did a great job in getting this car. I would have preferred another color but because of the deal, I am OK with black. It's just hard for me to keep it clean and looking good. First, my husband checked the internet and compared prices of local Nissan dealerships in the area. We spotted a car at Carriage that had everything we were hoping for at a great price. Having never heard of Carriage we called the number on the webpage and spoke with the manager who asked us to come take a look. We arrived at the dealership 15 minutes before closing on a cold rainy night and was received with a smile and a warm welcome. Brad listened patiently as we explained our situation and expectations. The night before we'd visited another Nissan dealership. While they were willing to work with us, they were trying to force us to take the car they wanted us to have. Brad on the other hand worked with us on the car I'd seen on the internet. After only a few minutes of going back and forth I had a new car! The car I wanted. We met with the appropriate person to sign the papers and was escorted over to meet with a very pleasant young lady who went over the owner manual and all the related maintenance schedule and even took us on a tour of the dealership. Wow - never had that to happen before! I was really impressed. The manger even came over to meet us. By this time it was way after closing but the staff made us feel as though it was midday. Even though I paid more than what I was expecting, I walked away feeling satisfied. The quality of the vehicle was worth the hour drive to Carriage. I was really impressed by this dealership and will definitely recommend it to my family and friends. More
