Eight years ago I purchased a Nissan Xtera from Carriage Nissan. My husband and I have had no problems with the car and have enjoyed it. We did not fully plan to buy a car over the weekend but had an idea of what we wanted to spend. While looking at other dealerships I found cars I liked but was unsure of their quality. My husband mentioned how we have enjoyed the past two Nissan cars I have owned. We knew what we wanted to spend on another car but did not know what Nissan had to offer. While looking I was shown the Rogue and the Murano. I was worried the Murano would be out of our price range and to my delight, it was not. The sales man never made me feel uncomfortable. He showed me both vehicles inside since it was pouring down rain outside. He showed me the differences between the two and covered them both in detail. I enjoyed the test drive period as well. My sales person was very helpful in helping me understand what each car had to offer. He was very respectful of what my husband and I wanted to spend. He and the financial team worked with us on financing our new car. Once the purchase was complete another associate showed me how to work the features on my car. She also helped me set up the bluetooth connection with my cell phone. Since leaving the dealership, I have enjoyed my new car and appreciate the buying experience. More

Today my fiance and I went to Carriage to test drive a 2003 Pontiac Vibe, but when we got there we learned it had already been purchased. Ryan Ladd was willing to work with the two of us (my fiance and I are young college students with no credit) to see if he could find a car to suit our needs and budget and make our dream of buying a car a reality. Unfortunately, we were unable to buy a car, but the help we received from Ryan, along with is understanding of our tough situation, was all that we needed. I would recommend Ryan to any of my famliy and friends, he was wonderful! Bruce explained everything about buying the vehicles and did not act pushy or impatient while we were trying to decide what to do. As it turns out, not only did my husband get his truck, but I also bought the brand new Rougue!
