I was very happy with my experience in buying a 2010 Altima from Carriage Nissan. We went into Carriage Nissan looking to trade in our 2007 Kia Sedona and Chuck, our sales guy, came up immediately and we just hit it off from the start. We were trying to get something used to keep the payments down and found a 2006 Altama that we fell in love with, but due to the negative equity in our van (only having it 3 years) we were going to have to buy something new. Chuck showed us some new Altama's, but we knew the payment was going to just go up so we looked into the Sentra. Chuck was totally on the same page with us and wanted to make sure we got the car that would make us happy, not just any car and not car if we could afford it or not. He wasn't pushy at all, which is something we really liked about him. He worked with us several days, working around our busy schedules as my husband is in school and we have church as well, until we finally were able to determine 1st off - what vehicle we wanted as well as what we could do financially. Then we sat down and crunched some #'s until we came up with what worked. We were in such a hurry the night we signed the papers that we didn't have time for them to clean the car & do the final delivery that night so Chuck told me I could just bring it back on Friday and they could do it then. So we came back 2 days later (Thursday night didn't work for us), on Friday and my 11 yr old daughter was with us. She absolutely LOVED our van, but understood why we needed to get something a little smaller. None-the-less she was still very sad about us trading in the van. Chuck went out of his way to make sure that she was able to say "goodbye" to the van (as she wasn't with us the night we traded it) and then help cheer her up by showing her other cars in the show room and talking about how cool our new car is with the Blue Tooth capability. We feel like we not only had a great sales person, but someone we could even consider a friend. Once we were finished, Tony, went out and helped us in setting up our phone to the car with the blue tooth. She was an amazing help and super friendly as well. She even made my daughter feel extremely important in the whole process. I would TOTALLY recommend Carriage Nissan to all my friends and anyone I come in contact with about getting a new, or even used, car. They are amazing! More

Everyone was very pleasant to me and my wife at Carriage Nissan. Lamar was very friendly to us, open and honest and easy to work with. Bruce was great! He made me feel very comfortable with my purchase and was able to get the price i needed and also had a wonderful personality. I went into the dealership not planning on purchasing a vehicle purchase and was able to get the price i needed and also had a wonderful personality. I went into the dealership not planning on purchasing a vehicle that day. It would be my first new car. He let me drive the car home and get a few more opinions and sold me on it. My husband and I had went to Carriage Nissian after receiving a phone from Diane Adams and salesperson, Wayne Anderson just to look at a used 2004 yukon. Wayne was so helpful and when looking at interest rates he showed us that we could get lower interest rates by buying a new 2011 Nissian Rogue veres a used vehicle. I never thought we could finace a new car. Wayne was really patient and was not pushy at all. He was a really nice, down to earth kind of guy. It took a little while to get the finacing to go through but Wayne made us feel at home by offering us something to drink and snacks. He never hovered over us while we was making the decision to buy or not. He never pushed us to a certain car. He really just suggested the pros and con to certain cars that would fit my family and lifestyle. He was there for us and even brought the manager to talk to us. I am proud to say we are very very very pleased with our service at Carriage Nissan and with Wayne Anderson and all the staff. We love our brand NEW 2011 Nissan Rogue. It's my first Nissian and the first New car we have ever owned. If/when I trade it in I will defintley be going back to Carriage and asking for wayne. I just want to say Thank You Carriage Nissian, Wayne, and the staff for everything you have done for us and for calling and making sure we are still satisfied with our purchase and service.
