I would highly recommend Carriage Nissan in Gainesville if you are in the market for a car. We originally stopped by to take a quick look at the Murano models on site. We were greeted by our sales person, Chuck Mjolsness who was helpful and answered many of our initial questions. He inquired whether we were seriously looking for a car, and if so he thought there were many available options he could suggest. We said we were really just starting our search, but that the Murano was one of the top autos on our list. He asked if we had some time to discuss some of the cars available and we accepted. Chuck was nothing but professional in his approach and worked hard to get us what he thought would be a great deal. He was never pushy and worked very hard to satisfy our needs and wants in an automobile. We had never planned to buy a car that day, but Chuck and his associate Sam worked very hard to get us a great price on the car we wanted. After numerous offers, counter offers and negotiations, we were able to come to an agreement and purchased the Murano with all of the options we were looking for. Chuck made the deal and the paperwork very easy to work through. Both Chuck and Sam were very patient with my questions and concerns, but everything was explained to me satisfaction. Chuck without a doubt was one of the best car salesmen I have ever dealed with in all my years of buying cars. He is an asset the Carriage Nissan and I would highly recommend any one thinking about a Nissan to ask for Chuck. After the close and Nissan's delivery of the car, it was turned over the Stephanie who explained all of the functions of the Murano and set up our first service appointment. She took us into the Service Department and introduced us to the Service Manager explaining how Carriage works when cars come in for service appointments. Our car was just what we expected. It was clean and comfortable with all the Bells and whistles. It was one of the most rewarding experiences my wife and I ever had in buying a car. The people at Carriage Nissan were some of the most professional and friendly sale people we have ever experienced. I would ( and will ) recommend Carriage Nissan to anyone looking to purcahse a car. Open on a Sunday afternoon, driving around looking for new cars, pulled into Carriage Nissan. Had no salesman come running out hovering over us, could look as much as we wanted. Overall the experience I had at Carriage Nissan was Great! The entire team I dealt with was excellent and Tyrome was awesome! We were looking for a new Nissan Titan truck, black and heavy metal chrome...the dealership looked for one and found a truck in Statesboro, GA. They are a great group of people and we have already told friends about them. I was extremely happy with my experience at Carriage Nissan. Kevin Craft was amazing! From having colored pencils in his desk to entertain my 3 1/2 year old to being detailed in all the paper work. I went into Carriage Nissan with a non running trade in and was able to walk out with 2011 Nissan Versa and no more hassle of a non running car! They were awesome!!! I actually also had to go back the next day to service to do a few things and they were so nice...Adam made our wait pretty easy and was very understanding while explaining everything to me :) I love this car...its a smooth ride and soooo roomy for the price! I am an SUV person but this car to me had more room then my Land Rover...if you're in the market for a new car I definitely 100% recommend Carriage Nissan...the staff are all very friendly and willing to jump through hoops to make sure you get the car you need at the price you need!!! I had never even heard of a Nissan Versa when I bought this car, but now I am in love with it...they have a great selection and almost any color you could've wanted...I went with a unique Espresso Black that was the most unique color I'd ever seen...Keith was also awesome to check on me the next day when I came in to check a few things in service...they had a toy area for my daughter so she wasn't bored and it was a very comfortable wait.
