They do not know what customer service is, most definitely, Jeremy the manager does not. Made us wait over 2 hrs on him and he never showed. I will never be back here. They don’t take your word yet you have to take theirs with no proof. They lost a 10 YEAR customer. I would definitely take your vehicle elsewhere, I’m sure you’ll get better work and service maintenance anywhere else simply because you do not matter to them even if the car is under their warranty. I have had a part for my air bags on order for several months. I called again today to check if the parts ever came into make the repair. I was put on hold, but no one ever came back with an answer. Jim Shorkey Nissan has the worst customer service of any dealership I have ever been too. Chris Sanchez who is a service manager is one of the worst. I bought a titan truck with a tow package and they didn dealership I have ever been too. Chris Sanchez who is a service manager is one of the worst. I bought a titan truck with a tow package and they didn’t have a relay switch so the camper lights didn’t work. I contacted Mr Sanchez and he told me to purchase the switch. Send him a picture of the receipt and he would send me a refund. That was 4 months ago. He has not returned any of my voice mails and when I ask for him specifically. He always says he is in a meeting.
