I WENT IN FOR A OIL CHANGE.CAME OUT WITH A 187.00 DOLLAR INVOICE.I ASKED PAUL TO FLEX THE PART IN THE STEERING. THAT WAS MAKING A CLUNKING NOISE. WHICH HE DID BEFORE.INSTEAD OF FLEXING IT HE REPLACED IT. WITH OUT NOTIFYING ME FIRST.I GOT THE USUAL SONG AND DANCE FROM A DEALER WHO SEEMS TO ME IS DESPERATE.SO MY ADVICE IS TO STAY AWAY.PAUL ALSO TOLD ME THE PART WAS DEFECTIVE FROM CHEVY AND GAVE ME THERE #. I CALLED CHEVY TO GET ANOTHER RUN AROUND. THEY WANTED TO GIVE ME ANOTHER DEALER TO USE.I TOLD THEM THE ONLY DEALER I WANT TO GO SEE WOULD BE A TOYOTA . ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. "Our truck broke down near the dealership.I did call and..."

Our truck broke down near the dealership.I did call and they said they good fix it. It had a fuel problem which they promptly said the alternator was bad. The alternator was checked the day before and the battery was replaced. Being two hours away I approved the replacement. After that they said they would look at the fuel problem(this took three days).They close on good friday so I called sat. to check.They said their tech was looking at it.I told them to check the balance module. Follow up call confirmed the part was bad,I told them to order it. After one week we were awaiting the part. I called and found the replacement part less than 20 miles at another dealership. I called the smith dealership and said I would come get the truck and fix it myself,suprise they found the part. They did not have the old alternator, said they we busy and it is lost. They had the truck for a week!!said I was rushing them. Picked up the truck and drove about 10 miles!!! it is beng towed as I type to a reliable shop. Beware of this dealership
