Ed was patient, and they were the lowest price. The day we went to purchase and pick up the vehicles we were in and out in 20 minutes or less, it was fast and easy. Great customer service! I would recommend Ed and Jim Trenary Ford to anyone. More

Ed's communication was superb all the way through and when I picked up the car he arranged for me to be picked up at the airport and then helped me put on Track Wrap to protect the car until I could get home to get the Paint Protection Film installed. Superb service - very happy. Thanks Ed. More

I took my Fusion to them for a recall and to have them look into why neither of my key fobs would work. I made the appointment one week in advance for a Wednesday. I dropped the car off the Tuesday night before. I got a call at the end of the day Wednesday telling me they hadn't had time to look at the car yet. This was consistent with the two previous times I took my car into their service department. Both times I got a call at the end of the day they were supposed to make the repairs telling me they hadn't had time to get it done. This time however I called at the end of the day Thursday - after they had had the vehicle two full days - and it still hadn't been looked at. Rather than continue to wait an indefinite numbers of days for them to look at the car, I just went and picked it up. When I did, I asked why when I make an appointment a week in advance they somehow can't even look at it over a two day period. I was told that "sometimes other vehicles take longer to repair than expected which bumps back our ability to get to yours". Really?! It's not like they told me it would be ready at noon Wednesday and it took them until 3:00 p.m. to get it done. That I could understand. In this case, they failed to get to it in a 48 hour period which is unacceptable. This was my last visit to Jim Trenary Ford ever. I called Marshall Ford in O'fallon MO, told them of my problems I had with Jim Trenary and Marshall had no problem guaranteeing that my car would be ready same day I dropped it off with them. Yes - Marshall may be an extra 30 minute drive for me but I will be dealing with them for now on. More
Do not go to their SERVICE DEPARTMENT I brought my "Prior Salvage" vehicle in for a VCM module claim as well as a warranty claim for replacing the door latches. I would like to state t I brought my "Prior Salvage" vehicle in for a VCM module claim as well as a warranty claim for replacing the door latches. I would like to state that I have had 2 spinal surgeries so the way my seat is positioned is usually pretty uncomfortable for anyone else. I have owned this vehicle for over a year and it has passed EVERY Safety inspection I have had to get including the extensive review from the MO Department of Transportation. I called after picking up my vehicle because my seat was broken. It was leaned back and adjusted too far from me to reach the pedals. I am 5' 7" and I am very conscious of how my seat sits to ensure my own safety. When I called they said it was no problem to get it fixed. I work 2 jobs so it is impossible to get there before they close. A week and a half later I finally found someone to arrange bringing it in so I called to confirm that it would be okay. I was told that they were to busy and to make sure the following day to get there between 8-10 AM and they would make sure it was fixed. Upon her arriving they told her that 1 ) there was no note about this being handled but they would look at it. The pulled the car back into service and pulled the handle and rod all the way out and said it was bent and there was no way their service could have done it. Remind you I have NEVER had this issue before in the year I have owned it with myself or my husband driving the vehicle. NOW the seat only locks in the right hand side and when I brake the seat comes forward on me. I expressed to them it is a SAFETY Hazard but they say they are not liable. How is it if you drop you vehicle off in one condition that it is not their fault if it comes back in a lesser condition. I have switched to moving from the O'fallon store to the Moscow Mills due to the rudeness of the staff there and to arrange to have this fixed and my mom stand there and be talked to like she was an idiot. I with NEVER buy a Ford again and Both the Moscow Mills & O'fallon store will not receive ANY business from me and I advise you to be very careful as well. More
