After totaling my 2022 Silverado Trail Boss in a bad accident, I wanted the same vehicle. This dealership was the only one close enough to us that I felt comfortable driving home from and they had exact accident, I wanted the same vehicle. I had an issue with my newly purchased to me used car. The issue was known about and an agreed upon fixed was in place once the part became available. Unfortunately the issue became more of an issue. Do NOT take your vehicle to be serviced here. If you do, clear your schedule for the entire day because you will be waiting hours upon hours for only an oil change. Do NOT expect any communication from the blonde sorry excuse of a service writer. They did not wash my vehicle or complete a multipoint inspection. If they had done a multipoint inspection, they would have found several things and brought them to my attention, such as wiper blades. They are supposed to be the experts on what a vehicle needs, but can't even recommend air filters. Next time I will complete my oil change myself. This place is a waste of time and money and lacks professionalism. More
