Thank you for your review. It is greatly appreciated.  Just a few things to note. We will always advise a guest what their vehicle is due for at the intervals that the maintenance items come up. Should you not want to do them is your choice and we understand that and have no issue with anyone not wanting to maintain their vehicle. It can be very overwhelming. However we are not nickel and diming you. More-so merely telling you what your car is due for. We will look into the shuttle concern as well. This is not typical what so ever as we have 2 people that shuttle. I will say that our shuttle is first come first served and if there are 4-5 people in front of you, that can add to the wait time to get picked back up. Again we truly value your review and hope that this will help clarify your concerns.
