We purchased a used vehicle and was promised a 30 day warranty and after breaking down the third time the service manager yelled at me in front of all customers and employees telling me this is the last time I get something for free and that I purchased a used vehicle and to take responsibility! This type of behavior is obviously acceptable for the dealership because I have not had one answered reply from anyone to discuss the situation! The purchase we made was from the Dave white credit lot on Conant St and the Jim White Honda dealership handles their service. No response was made from Dave White also. More

If I could rate it a zero, I would. Manager is an absolute jerk. My vehicle is in their system, they sold me the incorrect transmission fluid. I dumped one bottle in my vehicle before checking the label— trusting that the guy gave me the right fluid. Called parts department and the guy couldn’t believe his fellow employees mistake. Asked the manager for a flush because of their mistake— they brick walled me, wouldn’t do anything to right their wrong. He said that as far as he was concerned, we asked for transmission fluid and they sold it to us. He did exchange the fluid I had, but wouldn’t do a flush, discount on additional fluid so I could flush, or anything. Acted like it was my fault. Checked with another dealership and this type of transmission fluid has never been used for any of the pilots. It was phased out of any Honda vehicles after 2014. I have a 2018 pilot. Put it all on the little guy. Sick. More
Absolutely the most dishonest service employees I have ever dealt with in any aspect. Our HR-V CVT transmission went completely out (like so many others) and after refusing to pay 10k to replace it they t ever dealt with in any aspect. Our HR-V CVT transmission went completely out (like so many others) and after refusing to pay 10k to replace it they then recommended to open a case with Honda to see if they would cover it since they said we had a great chance they would. They told us they would rent us a car for $25 a day for the 24-48hrs it would take to get an answer because they they wanted to do everything they could to help us out. Well after over 2 weeks of waiting for the answer we got completely denied on the coverage and then Jim White service center proceeded to charge us $40 a day for the rental instead of the $25. The assistant manager who gave us the price proceeded to absolutely lie through his teeth when I asked him why they charged us more than the $25 by saying they would never charge only $25. My wife and I couldn't believe it. We would have never rented the car trough them while we waited the "24-48 hrs" (over 2 weeks) if they didn't give us that price. Lost hundreds of dollars because of this. We took the car elsewhere for the repair for almost half the cost and a better warranty. Screw these people. They are disgraceful. More

Ordered parts on a sunday and paid $40 for 2 day shipping, with estimated receiving on the following Thursday or friday. They sent me tracking number thursday, saturday i check and it doesnt show up in the system. Email they respond, sounds like it hasnt even left facility. Fast foward the next Wednesday received email sayong it shipped again, same tracking number. Its now friday, a week after it was supposed to be here and tracking number still doesnt show up on fed ex. Finally got another email just a few minutes ago them trying to pass the buck off on fed ex saying that it is there fault.... so unprofessional its unreal! There negligence can really affect someone's everyday life thats forsure. Ive litterally spent over $1000 on parts from them in last 6 months, NEVER AGAIN! More
Bought a 2022 HRV Through Kent Kiplinger. He does used but can do New if after viewing through the used inventory and not finding what your look for. Only bad thing to say about the experience is they only offered me 300 dollars on the running trade-in that receipts was provided for showing all the recent work done on the buick. ANYWAYS, me and my wife loved working with Kent he listened to our concerns and delivered on our wants. Above and beyond is the best way to describe Kent. The other people at honda seemed nice enough but in all honesty I should say the finance guy and Kent are the only 2 we dealt with at length. The finance guy seems pretty fun I would mind hanging out and catching a game at a sports bar with him. So hopefully that gives you a better idea. The experience overall was great. More
I have a 2018 Honda HR-V EX-L and at 68,000 miles the CVT went out. I have always maintained and serviced at Honda regularly. I've also had the CVT fluid changed at 30k and 60k. Honda dealer acted like it was my fault even though bought it certified pre-owned in 2019 from the same dealer and had all my service done there. The service department only care about getting money from you. Then proceed to tell me my certified pre-owned warranty no longer exists and I need to purchase an extended warranty on the spot offered directly from Honda with no documentation. Skip this dealer... there are other options in the area. More

My brother and I both bought tires from here for our cars, and we constantly had to bring them back to get “serviced” because they both kept leaking time after time.. it was frustrating and they just ke cars, and we constantly had to bring them back to get “serviced” because they both kept leaking time after time.. it was frustrating and they just kept saying it was a “sensor” but we took both our cars elsewhere and found out it was more then just a “sensor” like we were told. I’m so happy I didn’t lease my brand new 2022 CRV from there, instead, I leased from somewhere else. More
