The dealer has friendly service writers and a comfortable
waiting area for service. They check the records to see what maintenance is due, and do a good job of communicating when the service will be done.

Service - initially I was impressed because they proactively called me to schedule. When they didn’t have all the parts, I was annoyed. The person that I worked with while there was rushed and in a really big hurry.
