Normally this would mean days of added research and time I just don't have to figure out what would best suit our family's needs. However, the salesman and the manager were incredibly helpful and we were able to narrow down our search quickly with some guidance. We never felt rushed, even when we were there at closing time. So professional and kind from start to finish, I am very happy to have stopped in--I have something that meets my needs perfectly and was able to still have my weekend to enjoy the family instead of going back and forth to other dealerships or haggling on price. Seriously the best price in town, combined with fantastic customer service! I would highly recommend stopping in, even if you are not looking for a Lexus, they have so many great vehicles. More

Called Jim White Lexus of Toledo, and they told me that its not their problem. My car mechanic told me that the brakes caliper were worn out, and your dealer must know about this. This would show up in any inspection. These guys are xxxxx! Stay away! More

Brought in Lexus vehicle for dash indicator light. Car in warranty with 9600+ miles and one year old. Service agent refused to evaluate my vehicle unless I paid $35-50 for the initial evaluation.
