I’ve always liked the friendliness and the professionalism of the employees, and they were very wonderful, as usual. The portable desks in the car drop off area looked trashy! Even if you built a nice looking facade that the rolling computers hid behind, it would be a great improvement. I’ve always liked the waiting area, as it used to be inviting with snacks and drinks, but I have to say that I was disappointed to find nothing there. I assume that was because of Covid, but when I saw that, I returned to my car to try to find a drink. I did like the communication sent to my phone, informing me of the cost and the status of my car.
