Even if you built a nice looking facade that the rolling computers hid behind, it would be a great improvement. I’ve always liked the waiting area, as it used to be inviting with snacks and drinks, but I have to say that I was disappointed to find nothing there. I assume that was because of Covid, but when I saw that, I returned to my car to try to find a drink. I did like the communication sent to my phone, informing me of the cost and the status of my car. First of all they keep sending text messages and phone calls to my husbands number instead of mine when I took the car in there was no communication I had to call them or I would not of heard from them my calls to my husbands number instead of mine when I took the car in there was no communication I had to call them or I would not of heard from them my service advisor was out and the lady told me she would leave him a message with never a call back I had to take it back because the part had to be ordered and they told me Monday at 8:30 so I show up and they said I wasn’t supposed to be there till Wednesday at 8:30 but I do have to add to that even though there was a communication mixup they kept my car and put the part on this is my third Toyota from this dealer and this is the first time I’ve had an issue I’m hoping it is the last More
