We had the pleasure to work with Scott Gibson at Jim White Toyota. We called an hour before closing to inquire if they had a certain vehicle on the lot to test drive. Scott had the vehicle ready for a test drive upon our arrival. He even had the MSRP sticker peeled back so we could safely see out the window. (It is the small things that matter.) We ended up purchasing the vehicle that day. Everyone at the dealership was pleasant and didn't rush us out the door even though it was the Saturday before Easter. We picked up the vehicle the following Monday. Scott patiently reviewed all features with our son. Unfortunately, it was raining and cloudy in the morning so it was tough to do an exterior visual check. Upon returning home and the sun coming out we noticed that there were some surface scratches on two doors. We assume it happened when cleaning the vehicle for us to it pick-up. We contacted Scott, and no questions asked, he had us bring the vehicle back to have the scratches buffed out (one required a little paint touch-up). As we said before, it is the little things that matter. More
