Thank you for taking the time to write us a review! Had you not written a review, we may not had found out about your frustration. After doing a bit of digging and speaking with the Service Department, it sounds like you might have come for our truck after the dealership had closed. We apologize for the inconvenience. All of the paperwork regarding service work and customers' keys are kept at the cashier's office until they are picked up. The cashiers' office is open Monday and Thursday from 7:30AM-9PM. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday from 7:30 AM-6PM. Again, we apologize that this was not clearly communicated to you.

I was there 2 Saturday’s consecutively during those hours and was unable to pick up my keys. Also your technician was charging me $2100 to replace an entire air injection pump when the problem was a $200 check valve.
