The " web tech" met me and introduced me to the salesperson who would be taking care of me. He was pleasant, professional and engaging as we discussed the car that I was looking and was impressed that I had found several that matched what I wanted. He eliminated 2 he could not trade with as they would have come from a direct competitor. He then offered to show me one that they had (but not the color) to show the features and equipment available and to take a test drive. The ride and features were incredible and exceeded my expectations. The exterior color really made the vehicle pop and made the choice to purchase it easy. No hassle with the price negotiation, the trade in was better than the Blue Book value and the deal was done in just about an hour and a half. Best car buying experience since my dad sold me cars 50 years ago. More
