We truly apologize for the inconvenience of your recall taking longer than expected and the delay in your vehicle being done causing scheduling issues. After speaking with Greggory, he will no longer be telling our guests the airbag recall will take 3 to 4 hours. Just as with your recall, every once in a while, they can take longer than anticipated. Our technicians and advisors will also pay closer attention to the vehicles they are working on to ensure there isn't any grease or dirt. Again, we are sorry for this!
