Zero communication Parts ordered are sometimes not ordered and when they come into the dealership, nobody calls you to tell you they are in/schedule an appointment. This is the second time I have had to have warranty parts fixed, small items for sure but terrible dealership service. More

Airbag recall I was a bit disappointed that my car was not done when they said it would be. My appointment was at 12 and when I got there he was surprised since non I was a bit disappointed that my car was not done when they said it would be. My appointment was at 12 and when I got there he was surprised since none of the techs would be in until 1. Everyone I talked to said it would be done in 3 to 4 hours, and it wasnt done until the next day. I have my 3 year old and the only carseat was in the van, thinking I would get my car back by the end of the day. It was a bit nerve wracking just in case an emergency happened, then we would have no way of getting him anywhere. We had to miss school the next day because I was told my car would be done the previous day. In the future if there is s chance that a car wont be done that day, they need to tell the customer so they can plan ahead. There were also grease marks on the dash where they worked. More
