He clearly explained the various things that were going to done and what my expectations for extending the life of my engine. He arranged a quality loaner which was much appreciated. My car even came back washed. He provided additional service recommendations that could be done later. I am totally satisfied with service. I appreciate the fact that Toyota offered a coupon toward service. Saved me $45 on service I had to shell out for anyway. More
