I apologize that your bill was not explained to you when you picked up your vehicle. The ladies that work in the office do not have a clear understanding of the work completed on the vehicles, therefore they do not go over it. Please have them ask for the Service Advisor that assisted you when you brought the vehicle in or see the Service Advisor in the drive before you leave. They will be more than happy to go over the paperwork with you. I have also spoken with the Advisors and asked them to ensure that they have spoken to all of their guests before the vehicle is picked up. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we can most certainly appreciate your concern. I spoke with the Service Writers and the Service Manager to get a better understanding of what occurred with your tires. When you got your new tires in October during the tire sale, it was explained that the rings on the valve stems are not changed because it is not needed and would add $70 to $80 to do so. If the rings would have needed to be replaced at the time of installation on your new tires, the Service Advisor would have contacted you to discuss it before doing so. Upon inspection at that time, the rings did not need to be replaced. It is an unfortunate coincidence that your rings did go bad four months after installing new tires. Several things could have caused this - weather, road conditions, etc. I am happy to learn that the Service Department was able to get the rings replaced for you and you are back on the road in your Sienna!
