Disappointing The 1st time I bro my car in, the service was great. This time, they didn’t go over any findings, or lack of findings, before I left. I also asked that my trunk cover be put in place, because I couldn’t seem to do it, and that wasn’t done. Also, my name was called while I was in the restroom, (20 minutes before they said my car would be ready), and I was never paged again. I was in the waiting room an additional 30 minutes beyond the estimated wait time before I finally asked when my car would be ready. They were unapologetic and just said “well, we called your name.” Not good customer service in my opinion. I waited a total of 1 and a half hours for simple servicing. More

I was having some an uneasy feeling and was experiencing unusual behavior of my car! I called and Gregory gave me the earliest appointment to find out the problem! I went to Jim White Toyota on W. Central Ave. on 01-02-2019 at 8:00 AM. After the inspection and Computer Health Check completion Greggory came with good news; "car is fine, no problem was found"--that is a very relaxing experience !
