Clean dealership. Friendly staff. The sales tech told me everything was good with the oil change, etc. He did mention our Sienna needs a computer update, and someone w Friendly staff. Sort of confusing, but we will wait for the call. It would be nice for the dealership to bring back the refreshments for customers while they wait. That was always a nice touch. It would be awesome if the dealership invested in a nice car wash system to return cleaned - fixed cars. That would be nice customer service. More
The reason for the visit was the sound coming from the emergency brake automaticly engaging when putting car in park. I wasn't aware this was normal for Toyota's from 2016 on. It wasnt until after I had agree to pay for inspection - that I was informed of that. It would have been better to have been told that was"normal". And then asked if I still wanted the inspection. Not lead to believe I needed that to investigate the reason for the sound. More

Once again, the Service Department at Jim White Toyota has exceeded my expectations. My 4Runner was due for new brakes both front and back and I was told it would be done by 3pm.
