Service writer was amazing. She promptly acknowledged me. Immediately began the process and then escorted me to waiting area. I anticipated an hour or so and began doing my work She promptly acknowledged me. Immediately began the process and then escorted me to waiting area. I anticipated an hour or so and began doing my work that I brought with me. In a shorter period the service came a got me. We completed the process and I was on my merry way.
