Here goes, and I NEVER leave reviews. They took significantly longer than I expected with having an appointment which was at 9:30 and I didn’t get my car till 11:00. Didn’t offer discounts for oil change service unless you are a repeat customer and are part of their loyalty program. Too many people from start to finish managing service, it was not efficient. Too aggressive in pushing expensive services they suggested but not required. Did I mention unorganized?! Two air filters suggested for an additional $90 that are available online through OEM for literally half the price. I will continue going to Yark Toyota. More

Very understanding and accommodating. I hadn’t set my alarm to alert me for my appointment. It was 20 minutes after my appointment time so I called to make a new appointment.
