Not upfront with estimate, expensive I purchased a pre-owned vehicle in December. When being test driven, the "check engine light" came on. We asked the salesman that if the auto issue w I purchased a pre-owned vehicle in December. When being test driven, the "check engine light" came on. We asked the salesman that if the auto issue was addressed, we would be interested in it. Two days later we were assured that it was fixed. After driving off the lot, the engine light came on again, took it back, after a few days was told again it was addressed. A week later, same issue, took it back in again, was told it was repaired. The next day, light appeared again. This time the salesman said that the General Manager, Service Manager and service department will discuss the breakdown that causes this not to be repaired. That was in January. I did not hear back from any of the parties on how this was to be addressed. Now recently, the radiator was overheating and I returned the vehicle to the service department so it can be fixed and the follow up on the status of the engine issue. Was taken aback on the cost of the repair but mostly had an issue of being quoted $115 for a diagnostic check and then when it came to pay the bill to find and additional $9.20 for "Miscellaneous" services. When asked what that charge was for, I was told it is placed on every service invoice. I asked what was the service, again it was explained that it is just a fee they charge every service order .
