I used the online reservation system which was not updated for the conavirus and had to make two trips to the dealer for my routine 5000 checkup. I have been a customer for 4 years. They remember my complaints and have always responded with memory! I like the ways my vehicle has been serviced and will return for my 1st tuneup soon, even though I complaints and have always responded with memory!
