Usually have good experience here but not happy after this service. Told my back brakes need replaced after I just had both front and rear brakes replaced here less than 30,000 miles ago. Had a scheduled appointment for an oil change. Was informed it would take 45-60 minutes when I checked in. It took 1 1/2 hours and I ended up late to my lab at UT which resulted in me losing my marks informed it would take 45-60 minutes when I checked in. There is no customer service at Jim White Toyota. No one listen, nor do they do there job. No attention to details therefore causing delays in getting the problem solved. where they make their money I brought my daughter's car in for a loud noise when driving. They said they'd take it out and see if they could tell what was wrong, but would have t I brought my daughter's car in for a loud noise when driving. They said they'd take it out and see if they could tell what was wrong, but would have to charge me to have the tech put it on the rack and look at it, which they did. The car needed new rear wheel bearings. Fortunately, another customer was waiting for service and told me about a local car repair shop who did the fix for half of what the dealer was going to charge. At the other place, they could tell what was wrong just by driving it and they were able to get the parts and fix it that morning. At the dealer I felt pressure to do things that didn't necessarily need to be done. When buying a car, the dealership has been very helpful and we have enjoyed working with Mike Beutel. More
The service was well-done, but it took a long time to complete. I was there first thing in the morning at 7:30am, but an oil change and tire rotation took nearly an hour and a half.
