My alert came on Sunday telling me that I needed Maintenance “right away” and should get my car to my dealer. Usually I check my book to see what that could mean but in the past with my Camry, some Maintenance “right away” and should get my car to my dealer. Usually I check my book to see what that could mean but in the past with my Camry, something urgent prompted such a message. I drove into Service Dept as soon as I could about 10 am Monday. Morgan took my car in, said it may be an hour and a half as two people with appointments were ahead of me. I was happy to wait as you have a comfortable waiting room with beverages and snacks and I had my book. Plus you always have a variety of magazines. I knew you were going to take care of my car! Morgan came back in 15 minutes! The had rotated my tires and done the check that was due!! I had signed up for these services when I leased this car. (First time, and first lease after 3 purchases). I am ALWAYS VERY SATISFIED with the service and the people who work in the Service Department at Jim White TOYOTA! More
