Took way too long to fix a very easy issue . The part that was ordered took 8 days to arrive. When I called to ask for when the part would arrive I didn’t get any call and had to call multiple ti The part that was ordered took 8 days to arrive. When I called to ask for when the part would arrive I didn’t get any call and had to call multiple times to find out when the vehicle would be fixed. I didn’t buy the vehicle from Jim White they were $4000 over asking price but they said that my vehicle wouldn’t have had this problem if I bought it from them as if Toyota sends them better cars it just didn’t make any sense whatsoever and I hope I never have to deal with the Jim White dealerships again. Gracious Service I received notice the my car was listed as in need of a minor recall. I scheduled the appointment then had to cancel. The work was completed in the estimated time. While I waited I was provided with a comfortable place and sacks and drink was available. More
