Took way too long. When I brought the car in I was told they were running behind and it would be an hour for an oil change and tire rotation. It actually took over an h When I brought the car in I was told they were running behind and it would be an hour for an oil change and tire rotation. It actually took over an hour and a half. This made me late for an appointment. Also they told me I needed to replace my tires but then failed to give me an inspection sheet, I guess they assumed I would remember the tread on each Tite. Evert other time I have gotten an inspection sheet which will tell me what they found. More

Service length Attempted to schedule on line again...unsuccessfully. Something has to change/improve the online scheduling(very user UNFRIENDLY) Next scheduled my a Attempted to schedule on line again...unsuccessfully. Something has to change/improve the online scheduling(very user UNFRIENDLY) Next scheduled my appointment by phone...arrived next day 20 min early...car went back at ~1320 for my 1330 oil change. Received keys about 1455 but had to wait for printed service form. Frustrating that it took almost 2 hours out of my day for an oil change? Really? I’ve been a loyal customer for going on 13 years. You need to make your service department more efficient. More

Warranty service was excellent Took the Rav-4 in for 10,000-mile warranty service. They did the oil change and did a complete inspection of the car and its systems.
