I was a bit unsure how this worked upon arriving and felt that I was not able to ask questions of the woman who was checking me in.. as if she was not to be bothered with “extra” stuff. I had been waiting inside my sienna, outside the garage door not knowing I was supposed to walk in to check in.. and it seemed to have put her out that I was then “later” than my schedule time.. as I tried to explain and also apologize she cut me off and hurried me inside. The quickness of getting the vehicle in and done was great though and everyone else was super friendly More
