It was a Friday afternoon and I was scared, in a different state w In September, I blew a tire near Toledo while traveling from New York to Minnesota. It was a Friday afternoon and I was scared, in a different state where I didn't know anyone and worried that I wouldn't be able to be helped before a dealership closed for the day which would cost me my hotel reservations that night and add on a lot more expenses to my trip. AAA got me in touch with Jim White Toyota and I was towed over there. I asked my tow truck driver about the dealership and it turns out he used to work there and said they were good people. They are!! I worked with Morgan Brzozka who offered me all kinds of options since they didn't have the matching tire I needed under my warranty. I opted for a similar tire and was quickly on my way. When I got to MN I found out that I needed my old tire for the warranty and so again, I called Morgan who shipped the tire to MN for free so I could take advantage of my warranty. If a tire has to go, this was the best possible experience and I owe it all to the helpfulness of Jim White Toyota and their service staff. Everyone was really great and went above and beyond to help me get back on the road quickly and get my tire replaced in MN. I am so grateful to all of them and highly recommend this dealership. Their people are awesome! More

thumping souond from rear I paid $115.00 for the service department to diagnose the problem of a thumping sound coming from the rear of my 2014 Prius V. They found a rear whee I paid $115.00 for the service department to diagnose the problem of a thumping sound coming from the rear of my 2014 Prius V. They found a rear wheel bearing had a flat spot. The cost to replace it should be $900.00 and the diagnosing fee can be applied to the cost. They will call me when the parts comes in, they are extremely busy this week and will call me to schedule an appointment for next week. The car has only 44,000 miles and is garage kept. I was greeted friendly and everyone I cam in contact with was also friendly and polite. More

Went to pick up truck at noon on my lunch break to find there were some error codes on the dash when I went to leave. Morgan quickly got me back in the loaner for the afternoon so the technician could resolve the issue and I kept the loaner overnight as I was not available to pickup my truck last night even though it was done.
