Excellent 15k service and alignment on 2017 Sienna Needed 15k service. Ended up being covered fully in 2 yr Toyota Care package from when purchased. I liked that a lot. Good service but long wait I had a scheduled appt for 830. At 9:55 i was told it would be another hour for alignment, i complained and it took only 20 min. Was in twice for the same problem part failed both times I had my Camry xse v6 in for the sunroof trim molding twice they put a new one in and both times the same day it came loose and therefore you cannot s I had my Camry xse v6 in for the sunroof trim molding twice they put a new one in and both times the same day it came loose and therefore you cannot shut the shade because it will hit the trim piece and stop.i goggled this issue and found that other owners are having the same problem.for buying a 40.000 car this should not be a issue! Long oil change I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at 9 AM. Despite having an appointment this service took 2 hours. This is excessive. I doubt I will return for a routine service like this again. Previously there were not appointments. The change was made so there would be shorter waits. This was a longer wait than before they went to appointments. More
