Morgan, This review was incredibly upsetting to read. This is not at all how we treat our guests and welcome them into our dealership. The behavior is unacceptable and has been addressed with the Service Manager and then immediately with the Service Writers. We sincerely apologize for how you were treated. With regards to your seatbelt alarm, on the newer models, some are able to be disabled and some are not. The young lady helping you did not know that some could be disabled. It has been explained in detail to her which models can be disabled and which cannot. It does take a bit of time to disable the alarm, being told an hour is correct. The technician needs to hook up the computer, wait for it to do its thing, disable the code, and have the system update. All of that can take a bit of time. Disabling the seat belt is not a service we perform at no cost as there is some labor and time that goes into it. Without knowing exactly what the situation was with your brother, we cannot confirm or deny that your brother received this service for free. Please provide us with his name, that way we can do research and see what services he received at what cost. Again, we apologize for how you were treated and spoke to. It has been made abundantly clear that we do not tolerate such behavior and expect our guests to be welcomed immediately and treated like family.
