Mediocre at best So I go in for my 5k mile service. I walk in, 3 people standing around bs’ing and a young guy sitting on his phone. I stand in front of the young guy So I go in for my 5k mile service. I walk in, 3 people standing around bs’ing and a young guy sitting on his phone. I stand in front of the young guy for about 30 seconds, he never even acknowledges that I’m there. So I walk over to the gaggle and tell them I’m there for my appointment. All set. I go to the waiting room and remember that I want the seatbelt alarm disabled ( I move trailers around a lot and it’s super annoying). She tells me nope! Can’t do that. I say my brother bought his truck here a month before mine and you just did his. She yells across to the other guys and they confirm that yes, it can be done, but they charge an hour of labor for a 20 second job. They didn’t charge my brother a penny. Too bad, I’ll have to schedule an appointment cause they can’t do it while the computer is already hooked up resetting my service reminder. Long story short, I won’t be back. More

dirty car!!!!! When service was complete the floor mat and door frame on the driver side of the car was dirty from the oil and grime on the service persons shoes. My seats and floors mats are beige in color. Went home and clean my car, not happy. More
