Helpful Service for Out of Town Toyota Owner I travelled with my 91 year old father and his 94 year old wife to the VA Center in Toledo and while on Interstate 75, I hit something that blew out m I travelled with my 91 year old father and his 94 year old wife to the VA Center in Toledo and while on Interstate 75, I hit something that blew out my back tire. Triple AAA put the donut on and then I was on a quest to find a tire. After several phone calls, I found Jim White Toyota and spoke to Morgan in Service and Tim in parts. Luckily, they had one of my tires and they were able to service my car the same day! Morgan was very friendly and helpful. The service department appeared to be very busy but they were able to get the job done in a little over an hour. I was truly thankful for such quick and efficient service. Thanks Morgan - job well done!! More

It was repaired within 3 hours of being towed in. I am very satisfied and very grateful for the excellent service I received. More

Sienna recall and interval maintenance service Service scheduled with service tech and although the service since secondary to a recall was promised a renal vehicle this was not available at the ti Service scheduled with service tech and although the service since secondary to a recall was promised a renal vehicle this was not available at the time of service. The service tech this was scheduled with almost a month prior was in the vacation the week prior the date of service 06/17/19 so the rental vehicle was not confirmed. Toyota corrected the issue and provided a vehicle for my wife to drive while our vehicle was being worked on to assist and fix the situation. Minor problem turning into a bigger problem and as avoided. This was appreciated. More

The value that Keith gave to me during service was astounding as 30,000 miles requires a good full service to keep the car operating smoothly. It was done very fast, less than 15 minutes to have oil change, tire rotation, air and cabin filters replaced. I still recommend service the car at any Toyota dealership because of the counseling and service report communicated to me when the car has finished maintaining. More
Fishing for money I got an oil change but the guy servicing wanted more. Engine light was on and said it was $150 to figure out what was wrong with the car. He didn’t even check the gas cap which is what’s wrong with the car in most cases. My mom looked at the car when I got home and twisted the gas cap a few times and the light went off. If I hadn’t know that I would have payed $150 to figure out that something so simple put my light on. More

When I brought the truck in last November they didn't realize I had the maintance package so not sure they did what was suppose to be done at that time also not being recorded on my service history online More
