Made an appointment with Chris to install an electronic brake controller on my 2020 Ram 1500. They started the work on my truck as scheduled and were on time with the completion of the work. Service is slow. Appointments always take over an hour. So I don’t understand why set an appointment if yu not leaving after 2 hours or more just for an oil change an Appointments always take over an hour.
