Oil change, Tire Rotation, & Car wash I went in for an oil change, tire rotation, & car wash. Giving four stars because it took 2-2 1/2 hours to do all three. Which im not sure how long it I went in for an oil change, tire rotation, & car wash. Giving four stars because it took 2-2 1/2 hours to do all three. Which im not sure how long it normally takes, but they don't give vehicles for oil changes anymore, so we have to sit and wait, which is not a problem just a little inconvenient. Great customer services & prices were reasonable. More

Stepping Up I had service done a little over a year ago on my Chrysler 300. I was recently informed that one of the services did not get completed and there was a I had service done a little over a year ago on my Chrysler 300. I was recently informed that one of the services did not get completed and there was a discrepancy in what I paid to what the Service Department showed I paid. After speaking with Andy, he took the issue to upper management. The issue was addressed and even though the issue was done through Georgia Chrysler CJDR and not Jimmy Britt CJDR. The issue was handled along with other services that were needed for my car at no extra charge to me. The Service team and Management went above and beyond what was required to correct the issue I had. More
