Returned to have a couple of open recalls taken care of, arriving the morning of my appointment at 0730 and checked into the service desk with Jake. We found the break room and really expected at least an hour, maybe two waiting. Less than 40 minutes He was in the doorway letting us know it was parked outside and ready to go. My wife and I were both impressed. We thanked him repeatedly and headed home. More
