Excellent Experience I bought a pre-owned Mazda CX-5 from this dealership and I have been looking for this particular car for a while, but had no luck finding one within m I bought a pre-owned Mazda CX-5 from this dealership and I have been looking for this particular car for a while, but had no luck finding one within my budget. Finally, on Thursday I found the perfect one at this dealership. I contacted them about it the next day (Friday). I immediately got an email and phone call from Francis. I live in Tuscaloosa and was concerned about the distance from home to the dealership, so I informed Francis it would be about a week until my fiancé and I could come see the car. Francis offered to drive it all the way down to Tuscaloosa just to allow us to test drive it that night! Francis understood that we had a specific budget, and when it came to negotiating a price, he gave us exactly what we needed! On Monday my mom and I drove up to the dealership, everything was already prepared for us, I signed a few papers, and went home! We probably weren't there for more than 45 minutes. Long story short, Francis made the car-buying process such a SEAMLESS, enjoyable, efficient process from going out of his way to bringing us the car, to having paperwork ready for when I arrived. Not only was Francis super nice and easy to work with, but the entire staff at Jimmy Smith Buick GMC was welcoming, down to earth, and hardworking. This dealership receives FIVE stars from me.
