They don't just change the oil and say begone with you. When I take my car to Jimmy Vasser Toyota they of coarse change the oil, but also do a complete inspection to prevent future major maintenance, they fill my windshield washer, they wash and clean my car all before returning it to me while I sit and wait for it. I am very grateful for the way that I am treated as well as my car, not just from the service department but sales department, and the mechanics and fellows that work on my car. I have always taken my car to Jimmy Vasser Toyota in Napa, except one time, I went to another franchise and never received the quality of service that I expected, so I regretted doing that and went back to Jimmy Vasser Toyota in Napa.
