Please do yourselves a favor and go somewhere else. They have a communication issue. Once you sign the contract then they let you know that the vehicle has an accident on record. They tell you that your cre have a communication issue. Once you sign the contract then they let you know that the vehicle has an accident on record. They tell you that your credit institution is Capital One then a week later you find out it’s not. As if that wasn’t enough then you find out from DMV that you are responsible for paying the plates and ooops they forgot to mention that too!! More
I had an apt because I had previously been told when I was in for routine service that I needed a new battery ..but it did not. However, my truck has recalls. Anthony Beaver, the service specialist who checked me in was terrific. I've dealt with him two times now, and he is always a pleasure. I was one of the first appointed times and chose to wait for my car. It was done in roughly an hour, which I think is great. The waiting service area is clean and appropriately furnished for distancing in this time of Covid-19. Masks all around. The ladies who checked me out at the end of my service were lovely and helpful. I have had nothing but great experiences with Jimmy Vasser Toyota, from purchasing my car through the service appointments. I would definitely recommend them for your Toyota needs!! More
