Unfortunately, my 9 year old and I were in an awful accident, in which we were able to safely walk away from my totaled vehicle. We went right back to Patrick Norton and Chico Galanos to purchase a 2016 MDX. Same car, just brand new. Great buying experience both times. I have been a Honda customer for 15 years and have always wanted to "upgrade" to Acura. In May 2015, I asked my church friend, Robby Rousseau, for some advice. He immediately contacted Patrick, the sales manager. Logan Sport called me within a day or so and all of them began to build a relationship with me. I had to wait a few months as I was in a lease. After very little negotiating, Patrick "ordered" my RDX and it was delivered the end of October. I cannot tell you how blessed I am to have worked with this team. Everything from the initial negotiation to the finance department (David) to the delivery was exceptional! It was so seamless, no pressure whatsoever. I am so proud to be a Joe Bullard customer! I absolutely LOVE my 2016 RDX! More
