Untrustworthy I first took my truck in to Bay Chevrolet for a warranty repair on my drivers side tie rod end. They were very cooperative and took my truck in and replaced my tie rod end. I picked my truck up, well as soon as I pulled out of the parking lot I noticed my steering wheel was sitting at 60 degrees left, so brought it back in in the morning. They said that they must have forgot to re align it after the service and I was good with that they were very nice. So I leave it there and go to work. I come back in pick my truck up and as I'm pulling out of the parking lot my steering wheel is at 60 degrees the opposite way and my traction control lights and stabilitrac disables. So I turn around and take it straight back to not wear my new tires any more. I get in there and they blame it on their alignment machine bearings and my tires being oversized. Funny thing is my tires are 3/8 inch bigger than stock which is negligible. So they take it back in and I went back to work. I got a ride back to the dealer and finally it is fixed after every excuse in the book. Then now I thought maybe that was just a bad day so I'll give it one more chance because I'm loyal to dealers for service so I took my truck in to have my horn fixed and tires rotated and balanced. They were very nice up front when I took it in in the morning. So I dropped it off and left once again they fixed my high tone horn and I guess didn't fix the low tone so it sounds like and smart car horn. I can get over that but I walked back to my truck and I noticed all my tires where in the same place after I had been charged to rotate them. So I walked back in and told Mark( who is very cooperative) that I was charged and they didn't do it. He apologized to me and they put it on the rack with two techs and rotated the tires in about 5 minutes which I was happy with. So I leave thinking everything is fine, well I get home and notice that my center caps on my wheel had been cracked due to overtightening. I call back up there and talk to Peggy who is the service manager and she's says that they will claim no fault for it and said that it was broke before. I said so it's just that easy to make a excuse and claim no fault. I am not the review type but I know I care about my truck and I'm sure you do too. Do not trust them for service go the extra mile and go to U J Chevrolet. More

MOSES he would be able to help out there is a RECALL on my mothers car that is stalling out in the middle of traffic with RECALL # 11195A and they will not replace the part and Mr. Moses gets the Service Manager Peggy Sarathus to call me who is the same person who made my mother cry on yesterday and she is SCREAMING at me over the phone as im trying to explain to her the recall she is telling me she DOESNT CARE what ive seen she doesn't see a recall. I talk to MR. MOSES AGAIN and he has just as much of an attitude as she does. NOW listen to this MR. MOSES THE OWNER said for us to just take our car to UJ- Chevrolet since we are not happy with the way they treat us!! So let me just help everyone out ahead of time....GO TO UJ CHEVROLET like the OWNER of BAY Chevrolet suggested us to do!!! When my mother gets into an accident due to this RECALL not being fixed she will make sure to get a LAWYER to handle the ISSUES with Bay Chevrolet (Mr. Moses and Peggy Sarathus)! More

I am very OCD and PICKY about my vehicles First off I will say that I am the kind of guy that paints his undercarriage on a yearly basis to keep things looking new. When I add aftermarket parts to my vehicle the ONLY person I let oversee these projects is Robyn in the body shop. I think she understands my love for vehicles and makes sure that every little detail is perfect before calling me to pick up. So needless to say I am a repeat customer due to her customer skills and appreciation for nice vehicles. More

Service Department I went to the Service Department on yesterday to see if I could get an appointment to have my vehicle serviced. I was informed that they do not work o I went to the Service Department on yesterday to see if I could get an appointment to have my vehicle serviced. I was informed that they do not work on appointments but on a first come first serve basis. I asked what time was time was the latest that they would accept vehicles and I was told that they closed at 4:30. I asked did they work on Saturday and was told no. I asked how much a oil change was then was quoted an incorrect price of 49.00 dollars with no explanation of what that entailed. When I left I pulled up Bay's website to find that they do take appointments as well as the oil change with tire rotation was 39.00 dollars. So to be sure that the website was not incorrect my co-worker placed a phone call to see what information would be given to them and they were told the same information that appears on the website. So no I will not be visiting Bay Chevrolet to have them perform any service on my vehicle. More
The staff was very helpful and friendly. I had done a lot of research before going in and knew what I wanted for the most part. I just wasn't sure about what features and color I wanted. The owner personally went over the important safety features with me, and the other staff helped me decide what would be best based on the features I wanted. I ended up with exactly what I wanted, and I enjoyed the entire process. I have now been driving my new 2012 Sonic for a couple weeks, and I am loving it! More
