I am very OCD and PICKY about my vehicles First off I will say that I am the kind of guy that paints his undercarriage on a yearly basis to keep things looking new. When I add aftermarket parts to my vehicle the ONLY person I let oversee these projects is Robyn in the body shop. I think she understands my love for vehicles and makes sure that every little detail is perfect before calling me to pick up. So needless to say I am a repeat customer due to her customer skills and appreciation for nice vehicles. More

Service Department I went to the Service Department on yesterday to see if I could get an appointment to have my vehicle serviced. I was informed that they do not work o I went to the Service Department on yesterday to see if I could get an appointment to have my vehicle serviced. I was informed that they do not work on appointments but on a first come first serve basis. I asked what time was time was the latest that they would accept vehicles and I was told that they closed at 4:30. I asked did they work on Saturday and was told no. I asked how much a oil change was then was quoted an incorrect price of 49.00 dollars with no explanation of what that entailed. When I left I pulled up Bay's website to find that they do take appointments as well as the oil change with tire rotation was 39.00 dollars. So to be sure that the website was not incorrect my co-worker placed a phone call to see what information would be given to them and they were told the same information that appears on the website. So no I will not be visiting Bay Chevrolet to have them perform any service on my vehicle. More

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I had done a lot of research before going in and knew what I wanted for the most part. I just wasn't sure about what features and color I wanted. The owner personally of research before going in and knew what I wanted for the most part. I just wasn't sure about what features and color I wanted. The owner personally went over the important safety features with me, and the other staff helped me decide what would be best based on the features I wanted. I ended up with exactly what I wanted, and I enjoyed the entire process. I have now been driving my new 2012 Sonic for a couple weeks, and I am loving it! More

The Salesman( David Ladnier) was a pleasure to work with. He was very informative and answered all the questions that I had. The Dealership was clean and organized and everyone that I had contact with was f He was very informative and answered all the questions that I had. I also felt that the pricing was fair and they offered any rebates and or deals that were currently available. I would reccommend Bay Chevroet, which I have already done, to all my family and friends.I just feel comfortable there and really enjoy just stopping by to look at new cars and to just say hello. I have an '06 Avalanche that I am having problems with, took the truck to Bay the first time and it stayed for four days and ended up costing $1000 dollars to "fix" the problem. Got the truck back and dro took the truck to Bay the first time and it stayed for four days and ended up costing $1000 dollars to "fix" the problem. Got the truck back and drove for two weeks just to have the problem happen again. Its been in the shop for four days now and I have not once received a call with an update. At the end of the first day I called Bay for info on the problem and was told "we drove it and no problem" which I found hard to believe, so I drove by Bay and found the truck backed in the same parking spot just where I had left when I dropped it off. All in all I am not at all impressed with the "CERTIFIED" service of Bay Chevrolet. On another note I have contacted Chevrolet about the problem and have not gotten anywhere with them either, I believe its rice burners for me from here on out. More
