The Salesman( David Ladnier) was a pleasure to work with. He was very informative and answered all the questions that I had. I also felt that the pricing was fair and they offered any rebates and or deals that were currently available. I would reccommend Bay Chevroet, which I have already done, to all my family and friends.I just feel comfortable there and really enjoy just stopping by to look at new cars and to just say hello. I have an '06 Avalanche that I am having problems with, took the truck to Bay the first time and it stayed for four days and ended up costing $1000 dollars to "fix" the problem. Got the truck back and dro took the truck to Bay the first time and it stayed for four days and ended up costing $1000 dollars to "fix" the problem. Got the truck back and drove for two weeks just to have the problem happen again. Its been in the shop for four days now and I have not once received a call with an update. At the end of the first day I called Bay for info on the problem and was told "we drove it and no problem" which I found hard to believe, so I drove by Bay and found the truck backed in the same parking spot just where I had left when I dropped it off. All in all I am not at all impressed with the "CERTIFIED" service of Bay Chevrolet. On another note I have contacted Chevrolet about the problem and have not gotten anywhere with them either, I believe its rice burners for me from here on out. More
