When you tell your customer that you are paying for the tag title and tax and it takes them at least more than a half a dozen times to get them the check and not even make it out for the full amount was cr tag title and tax and it takes them at least more than a half a dozen times to get them the check and not even make it out for the full amount was crap. And put in my loan for me to have to pay for 3 oil changes and it takes ya'll 2 hours to do it is also crap. Plus put a 4000 dollar gap coverage in it also. When I have been told it should not have been more than 500 dollars. You have treated the customer like crap! And then you wander why I give you a 1 star rating. If I could give you a big fat F I would! More

A shout out to Harmony, Jonathan, and the young mechanic whom had their hands and concerns in the diagnoses ,to insure our vehicle recieved the proper attention within a reasonable time frame.
