This may be one of those cases where the ratings are padded because from my experience purchasing a vehicle at Joe Cooper, a 1-star rating is generous. I have purchased 10 different vehicles over the p padded because from my experience purchasing a vehicle at Joe Cooper, a 1-star rating is generous. I have purchased 10 different vehicles over the past 25 years at multiple car dealerships, so I have experienced sub-par service, and I have experienced excellent service. I will post a positive comment just as quickly as a negative one and give credit where credit is due. This unfortunately is not a place that I can give any credit to. Due to poor management, appalling customer service, deceitful practices, and an untrustworthy service department, I will never purchase a vehicle from Joe Cooper Shawnee or any of its affiliates again. This is also to let people know that if they have been wronged by these dealerships like I have, they have options. Aside from negative review posting and picketing, the Motor Vehicle Commission and State Attorney General's office are corporations who can act against these dealerships for bad faith and unlawful practices. Dealerships like Joe Cooper need to know they cannot take advantage of people and get away with it. More

When you tell your customer that you are paying for the tag title and tax and it takes them at least more than a half a dozen times to get them the check and not even make it out for the full amount was cr tag title and tax and it takes them at least more than a half a dozen times to get them the check and not even make it out for the full amount was crap. And put in my loan for me to have to pay for 3 oil changes and it takes ya'll 2 hours to do it is also crap. Plus put a 4000 dollar gap coverage in it also. When I have been told it should not have been more than 500 dollars. You have treated the customer like crap! And then you wander why I give you a 1 star rating. If I could give you a big fat F I would! More
