When I have been told it should not have been more than 500 dollars. You have treated the customer like crap! And then you wander why I give you a 1 star rating. Brought our pickup in due to a “service power steering” notice and the sudden loss of steering. The tech told us the entire front end needed to be replaced for about $9000, when questioned the cost went to notice and the sudden loss of steering. The tech told us the entire front end needed to be replaced for about $9000, when questioned the cost went to $700, the next day after being informed that no-one had done anymore than a visual inspection that the cost was up to $1000. Supposedly one wheel had seized bearings, the cv joint wasr rusted and all the bearings had fallen out. We went to the shop to take the vehicle to a different dealer and were shown a photo of a rusted bent cv joint. When we took the pickup to our independent mechanic, he showed us our cv joint, there was no rust, no bend and all the bearings were present. I don’t know what their service people were trying to pull but it was clearly not what we needed and borders on fraud More
