Arrived on time for 11:30 oil change, left @12:30 because my Gladiator had not moved from where i had parked it and i was told it would be "a couple hrs" before you could get to it. I appreciate Joe Cooper Jeep Service Department. I won’t let any other dealership work on my Jeep. I have paid to have it towed over 60 miles, because of the care. Got an oil change, and tires rotated. it took 2hrs, and the tire press was never checked. I took it with all 4 tires reading 34/35. The tires should be at 40. I took my truck in for its first oil change and service. The dealership took three hours to complete an oil change. The service technician did not check and verify tire air pressure levels when rotating the The dealership took three hours to complete an oil change. The service technician did not check and verify tire air pressure levels when rotating the tires. The manufacture recommends different tire pressure for the front and rear tires on the truck. The tire pressure warning lights came on as soon as I left the dealership. I had to adjust the air pressure myself to correct the issue. If technicians are skipping simple steps like verifying air pressure what else are they skipping. More
