Very slow, Manager continued to argue with us about running our credit to use the same bank we was already approved for, literally sat down to prices and told us if we wanted to use our own lender and running our credit to use the same bank we was already approved for, literally sat down to prices and told us if we wanted to use our own lender and not let him do it he was charging an extra $1,000. Recalls on truck hadn’t been fixed prior to being on the lot which is stupid. Was told it would take a couple hours to do and they would start on it after truck was filled up with diesel and detailed. After about four hours of waiting in service the vehicle was finally pulled out to us. No diesel, stickers still all over truck, not washed. Then was told our salesman had already went home for the day. More

Unhappy with the pushing of the BG products. Also unhappy with the use of the made in china bproauto oil filters instead of made in usa oem mopar. I bring my jeep in for oem parts and factory trained staff. Just because stillantis purchased bopro doesn't mean its the same or better quality than oem or other well known filters. Your staff is always great, but the hard suggestive selling of BG (questionable as to the value) and the use of non oem parts will probably cause me to go back to servicing my own jeeps. More
