Got a BRAND NEW Truck ‘25 Dodge Ram & have had nothing but the check engine light come on & stereo problems with Apple car play & random error notifications that pop up ! Got the run around when it first happened & was told that the check engine light has to stay on in order to diagnose & now all it does is come on! Barely 20k miles got talked into a BG product that I was told would help I paid $180 for NOTHING & had to re show my receipt since they tried to say I didn’t pay! SO KEEP ALL YOUR RECEIPTS I have took my truck back 3 times in a year! Told service guy we need to talk about a Buy Back due to the truck being a LEMON & have not been responded to! Haven't had my truck in a whole month & the mechanics obviously can’t fix it !! I should have just went with a Chevy that I had money down on first ! THIS IS MY LAST TRUCK I WILL EVER GET FROM JOE COOPER IN SHAWNEE!!!! More

They got me right in and out, they did a great job with helping me get my tahoe over to chevy for the recall to be addressed all in one v department. First experience was fine but I would recommend the service techs follow requested communication from customer. I specifically ask them to adjust tire pressure to the correct psi when rotating tires an service techs follow requested communication from customer. That was a simple request and should have been an automatic function of the tire tech without asking much less neglecting to do it when i brought it to their attention. More
